Experiential Tech & Brand Activations
Multimedia show
Scale: 3,500+ attendees, full takeover of the National Palace of Arts "Ukraina" (the largest premium concert hall/theater venue in Ukraine).
Key Feature: An episodic, programmatic series of fully automated, frame-accurate multimedia transition shows (stingers and interludes) deployed continuously throughout the multi-part event to structurally segment and pace the entire main-stage agenda. While the archival footage captures the opening sequence, this comprehensive automated framework governed every major brand, thematic, and speaker shift across the entire convention.
What I Did Personally (Creative, Procurement & Technical Direction)
Creative Conception & Show Architecture: Conceived the overarching creative concept, visual rhythm, and structural timeline for the multimedia segments. Designed how video, light, lasers, and pyrotechnics would dynamically interact, translating corporate identity into a high-impact, synchronized multi-sensory experience.
Technical Procurement & Vendor Selection: Personally vetted, negotiated, and selected all technical sub-contractors and specialized rental companies. Managed the precise engineering specification of all hardware sheets (AV, lighting arrays, laser projection systems, rigging, and SFX equipment) to balance the creative vision with tight budget controls.
Venue Technical Liaison & Integration: Managed end-to-end communication and integration with the venue’s management and their internal house technical engineering teams. Personally verified structural rigging load limits for the massive overhead truss systems and coordinated complex heavy electrical power distribution drops.
Audio Production Coordination & Client Presentation: Coordinated the entire sound production loop, ensuring that stinger audio tracks and audio triggers matched the visual pacing perfectly. Personally managed high-level stakeholder relations, presenting the integrated storyboards and full show concepts directly to the corporate client's leadership for final approval.
Full On-Site Load-In & Setup Oversight: Directed the entire physical build-out phase from the moment the first truck arrived. Supervised the technical crew during the rigging, staging, and equipment deployment windows, ensuring strict adherence to health & safety protocols and the master engineering timeline.
Technical Rehearsal Direction: Chaired and directed all pre-event technical rehearsals on the main stage. Orchestrated the cue-by-cue tech run-throughs across all departments (light, video, SFX, lasers) to fine-tune the timecode automation loops and ensure frame-accurate delivery before going live.
Vendor and Crew Integration: Integrated multiple independent technical sub-vendors into a single, unified on-site crew (4 AV Production Crew, 1 Lighting Director and 5 Technicians , 2 Laser Technicians, 2 Sound engineers and a certified pyrotechnic team).
Show-Call Operations: Managed the strict show-call schedule, ensuring zero-latency transitions between high-level executive keynote speakers and the intense multimedia entertainment blocks.
FinTech National Conference
Scale: High-tech B2B banking conference, massive ultra-wide panoramic projection stage setup.
Key Feature: A custom-engineered, touchless, gesture-driven presentation system that replaced traditional touch panels. Using a synchronized network of depth-sensing hardware (Kinect optics) and motion-detection cameras, speakers could seamlessly control and manipulate dense financial data layouts directly on the giant panoramic screen using natural hand gestures.
What I Did Personally (Creative & Technical Development Direction)
Interactive System Integration: Conceptualized and deployed the gesture-control framework. Evaluated and rejected standard physical touch panels due to size and budget constraints, replacing them with a custom optical tracking solution mapped to an ultra-wide multi-projector blend grid
Development Team Management: Directly managed and led the interactive software development team. Formulated the technical requirements for tracking spatial boundaries and gesture-recognition thresholds to perfectly match the natural walking speed and arm span of the corporate presenters.
Failover & Redundancy Engineering Design: Directed the development team in engineering a secondary camera tracking layer to serve as a real-time failover/redundancy loop, ensuring zero software latency or command drops during live high-stakes keynotes.
Optical Interference & Lighting Engineering: Designed the specialized stage lighting plot to solve the critical conflict between speaker illumination and optical tracking. Carefully calculated beam angles, shutter cuts, and lux levels to fully illuminate the speaker while ensuring zero light spill or infrared saturation hit the sensors, maintaining 100% tracking accuracy.
Panoramic Rigging & Projection Build Oversight: Directed the staging and rigging crews in assembling the massive overhead and ground-supported truss structures required to hold the seamless ultra-wide panoramic projection screen perfectly taut
Cross-Department Technical Coordination: Managed the live on-site integration between the interactive software team, the VJ/media server operators, and the presentation graphics designers to ensure UI animations responded flawlessly to the hardware's network commands.
Executive Speaker Briefing: Managed on-site technical rehearsals and personally coached high-level banking executives on gesture placement, ensuring they understood the tracking zones and could interact with their slides with absolute confidence on stage.
Platinum Bank Brand Activation
Scale: Experimental networking zone.
Key Feature: A custom-engineered, multi-user computer vision gaming installation where a collective audience controls on-screen content simultaneously. Through synchronized physical body movements (leaning left or right as a group), the system aggregates the crowd's orientation vectors in real time to steer a virtual vehicle through a gamified obstacle course.
What I Did Personally (Creative & Technical Development Direction)
Collective Interaction Architecture: Conceptualized the core gamification mechanics and "majority vote" crowd control logic. Designed a system that transforms a passive audience into a synchronized, team-based steering controller, perfectly matching the high-tech, collaborative branding goals of Platinum Bank.
Computer Vision & Algorithm Direction: Directed the development team in deploying a camera-based motion-tracking array that analyzed the group's physical posture. Set up the technical rules for real-time vector aggregation, ensuring the software instantly calculated whether the majority leaned left or right to dynamically adjust the vehicle's turning physics with minimal latency
UI/UX & Real-Time Feedback Integration: Supervised the UI/UX design, ensuring the screen displayed clear, instant graphical indicators of the crowd’s aggregate movement metrics alongside the main dynamic gameplay stream to drive competitive engagement and high emotional response.
Tech Sub-Vendor Management: Coordinated the workflows between the software developer, game designer, and specialized camera tracking engineers to tune sensor sensitivity and prevent false positives caused by ambient venue lighting.
INTERACTIVE DANCE PERFORMANCE
Scale: Experimental networking zone.
Key Feature: A dynamic, real-time interactive performance where choreographic movement directly generates the digital stage environment. Using depth-sensing camera arrays and custom real-time rendering pipelines, performer gestures instantly generate visual paint splatters, energy lines, and radial bursts reacting to physical spins, jumps, and poses in real-time
What I Did Personally (Creative & Technical Development Direction)
Technical Architecture & Visual Conception: Designed the technical system architecture and overall visual concept in close collaboration with the show ballet leadership. Built the framework for translating complex physical choreography into reactive digital art.
Custom Software & Media Asset Curation: Curated and supervised the pipeline of custom interactive tracking software and custom-produced video assets, ensuring that real-time generative visual graphics responded dynamically to the dancers' physical coordinates.
Technical Setup, AV & Lighting Alignment: Partnered with the house AV and lighting departments to ensure the correct hardware setup. Structured the lighting plot to prevent infrared optical noise, ensuring that physical lights did not interfere with the tracking sensors.
Choreographic Staging & Technical Rehearsals: Organized and led intensive technical rehearsals with the dance company. Coordinated the synchronization of dancers' physical positions with the active software tracking zone on stage.
Live FOH Show Supervision & Execution: Supervised and managed the live performance directly from the Front of House (FOH) console. Monitored network stability, coordinate data streams, and visual-to-audio transitions to ensure a flawless, zero-fail show delivery.
